All good — we loved this trendy boutique hotel — the food was great and the staff were particularly helpful and attentive. The location was magnificent and the room was perfectly clean. The property restaurant was good.

The whole place was clean and the staff were courteous and polite. The hotel was perfectly located on the river. Also, In Town could be reached without difficulty, 1 km away. The rooms were spotless and unique and the service exceptional.

Great and stunning location in a good area close to the nearest metro at Sloane Square, the local train stations, and a tube station. Nearby Waterside Bar & Restaurant - a great place to chill out.

One of the most visually stunning rooms I've ever stayed in and definitely the biggest. The bathroom was huge with a separate jacuzzi bath and a double sized shower. Great to have a view of the river Thames. Extremely comfortable bed. Fantastivc value for a room like this in London.
The hotel is a bit out of the way and there is no tube station nearby. There is a bus stop outside from where buses go to Victoria but we didn't try this service. The hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from Clapham Common tube station which can be pre-booked but we didn't find this out until we had arrived and spent £30 on a taxi from King's Cross station. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room but this wasn't replenished after our first night and milk had to be phoned down for. The touch screen TV above the bath had no reception.

Location in quiet and beautiful neighborhood, just one train station from Victoria Station, good daily shuttle service to the train.
We were an adult and two children, I reserved a room for three and room only had a double bed, I expected a room with a double bed and an extra bed but there was no room in the room for her.

Spent a short stay in this hotel but the staff were great and very reactive to all requests. Also met the owner who told us more about the energy saving concept of the hotel.
